An early summer
May. 5th, 2010 11:15 pmSo, um, yeah. Google's giving me grief, after all, things that work in anything but the latest browser are ABOMINATION!
I refuse to update my browser because my computer's kind of old and because if I do, the web designers win.
Nevermind, it was a glitch of sorts. I stand by not upgrading fireshit.
The Now Playing Box does not like Chinese. Luckily, Google Translator is not giving me grief, aside from the fact that it struggles with German.
Tangle Edge - Banana Raincoat - has nothing to do with April O'Neil, which is strange. And speaking of the Angry Nintendo Nerd, I fucking called it. He reviewed Bart vs. The Space Mutants. After he was upgraded to the Angry Video Game Nerd, but who cares?
Love Psychedelico - Right Now
Delerium - Love - When I asked people to post their favorite song. This wasn't it, but it did prompt me to check out one of the five good Canadian bands in existence.
Eyeless in Gaza - Mysterious Traffic
Lights Out Asia - Promontory Cemetary
Damn Dirty Apes - Rebel Scum
Vienna Teng - Harbor - Someone compared a 303s song to this.
bôa - Elephant
Aphex Twin - Analogue Bubblebath - Rich gave me this. And Sigur Ros, but I didn't actually notice.
The Drop Nineteens - Delaware
Miyavi - Hidden track = I don't know where I got it and I didn't care for the rest of the album, although the first track gets bonus points for containing a sample from Full Metal Jacket
Sevara Nazarkhan - Sevgi Alam
Lush - Sweetness and Light
Letters to Cleo - I See - from an episode of Daria
Feathermerchants - Finish Last
Ava - Orchid Tamers - I brought this up before, and my thoughts is "This is simultaneously the best band name I've ever seen and the worst." Don't believe me? Try searching for it. Even knowing the album name, it's hard to find.
Mono - A Thousand Paper Cranes
Ghost - Marrakech
Slowdive - Catch The Breeze
Upon finding a treasure trove of Chinese music.
Prague - Lost Camel - From China, not the Czech Republic.
Elf Fatima - Breaking The Waves - I listened to this about forty times in a row.
Happy Avenue - 女儿 - Brian called this the Chinese equivalent of Sonic Youth.
We Save Strawberries - At Ease
Sound Fragment - 不合时宜的忧伤 - Called the Chinese Radiohead but not by me.
NO - ??? - Someone failed to encode this properly.
Cold Fairyland - Dead Children In Newspapers
Nipples - City - I can't decide if this is a good band name or a bad one.
8mm Sky - Her November Diary
Exit Clov - Violent Berries
And then looking through Dreams By Degrees' catalogue. If only White existed.
Loquat - Swingset Chain
Sappington - Airtight (morning version)
Minotaur Shock - Grover
August Bodies - Ocean of Diamonds
Languis - Someone Else's Fault
World's End Girlfriend - Ending Story
Azam Ali - A Chantar Mer
Pale Saints - Throwing Back The Apple
Miaou - Airship
Burning Question: If you could select one song to represent the color white, what would you pick?
