Snow, Glass, Apples
Dec. 4th, 2006 06:36 pmI don't really like driving in snow. There's something about the motion of the falling snowflakes that hurts my eyes, throwing my sense of balance all to hell. It's like tumbling into a field of stars.
Brant's thoughts (Neil Gaiman). I'll agree with that part about balance and stars.
Well, there was going to be a song entry last night, but I decided that would be a terrible idea, given the toxic blaze of insanity and stupid rumors flying about, especially with lyrics like that. I upped it yesterday morning, before it started. Worry not, you'll get it, perhaps, when all is gone and buried on the cold side of the moon.
The picture is sort of relevant. I just like the title because of the Gaiman reference.
Religious choir makes me think of snow for some reason. There's Baka in Myth. Eternal Odyssey (please explain to me why I put Serenity) makes me think of a different kind of snow, the kind that fell on Laos and Vietnam and Cambodia and burns the flesh, not the kind that makes slushy crap on the ground and makes you slip. You'd know what I mean if you've seen Platoon.
Delerium - Amongst The Ruins
Delerium - Myth
Delerium - Eternal Odyssey
Delerium - Serenity
Delerium - Innocente
I've been listening to Duvet on repeat. Yeah, I know what you mean, Jasmine Rodgers.
