Wish me luck on what will become Journey's End, thank you. And Carla (and a reminder to myself), I will mention when International Night is in neon pink 48 point blinking letters once I find out.

Al got some books from a professor (retired? I have not a clue) who recently died and one of the books the professor had was the guide to gay relationships. Al wanted to give it to a gay friend of his but I suggested giving it to someone who was really homophobic. Problem (except it's not a problem in any other case): There aren't many of them.

Remember the reason behind the anti-hunewearl satire (I found it but I'm embarassed that I didn't have the rambutans to say what I should have) that was the reason behind Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Hunewearl Who Mistook Orson Welles For George Orwell?

No, you most definitely do not. You weren't even there. I think it was about flight attendants and stewardesses and the change of language or some bollocks that can only vaguely be connected with 1984. Well, this is more important.

I brought up Google Earth and the North Korean concentration camps. Al (not the above Al) or maybe Evan mentioned that the Swedish police (the same ones who foiled an assassination attempt on David Duke) found a marijuana farm with Google Earth. It's weird how we get to poke around in places where we aren't supposed to be, and yet our right to privacy is eroding away. Or as Al said, we're only just realizing that our right to privacy is vanishing, and Orwell's vision is coming true.

The cafeteria reminds him of melted crayons.

He got a parking ticket in New York in someone else's van and the guy who owned the van called him a week later and asked him what the fuck was going on. That's today's amusing story.

I say American Pie is the most overrated movie because it was in part responsible for all the crappy gross out comedies that came afterwards. The other part is due to them being cheap because you don't have to pay for set design or costuming or, in the case of stuff like Epic Movie, writers. Just string together a bunch of lines from other movies with absolutely no concern as to whether or not they make sense or are funny. It's easy! I will not count that as a kickass Sherlock Holmes movie, though.

Evan says that is a brilliant scheme by the creators of ______ Movie. And he wants to go to one of those Bender's Apartment style hotels in Japan.

Respect the trees. Trees killed Sonny Bono.

Burning Question: Have you ever seen a candy heart with wuv on it? Becuase I haven't. Not since that Futurama episode, anyway. If I find one, I'm going to wrap it up in clear tape so nobody tries to eat it and show it to everyone so they too will be confused and infuriated.
