(yeah right - it feels more like October and I'm looking back on the warmth of late April, of all things - it's hard to make a summer mix without summer, but it will probably include Ride and Lush and All Natural Lemon and Lime Flavors)
There were two days that felt properly like summer, but for some reason, only whites were around, no fritillaries or swallowtails or buckeyes. I'm ambivalent about this, as whites are utterly incapable of sitting still and in the rare cases when they do sit still, their wings are folded instead of spread out, however, none of this matters because the digital camera I ordered two weeks ago (at least I think it was two weeks - time blurs into itself) hasn't arrived yet. Still, fucking whites and their fucking inability to sit still.
Carolyn: Yeah, they had seventies hair. Only good things to come out of the seventies were punk and the cars.
Truer words have never been spoken. Except for Popol Vuh. They're cool. And Star Wars.
The burning quesetion was "Will __________ confirm my friend request or will girl.echo.suns.veils come out?" It's the former. I checked just to make sure it didn't come out. A lovesliescrushing album wouldn't creep up on me. But there is stuff on their myspace, which is loveliescrushing for some inexplicable reason.
Burning Question: Why would lovesliescrushing use loveliescrushing as their myspace addy, anyway?
