final hours
Aug. 27th, 2011 11:25 pmI feel like an entire month has passed in the last week. More so with the cone of uncertainty, more so with the higher wind speeds. I'm wondering if it's going to hit New Jersey. The map makes it look like it's on that little thing that dangles off of Maryland but is part of Virginia for whatever reason.
Also, I think Glenn Beck was mocking us. If it is our fate to perish, I'd rather 14 Irene kill us instead, so I can await my fate with a smile on my face and the knowledge that Glenn Beck is going down with us, even from his hidey-hole slash restoring whatever rally in Jerusalem.
And a lemmingtrail post.
stupid kenny chesney singing about the caribbean all the time is making the storms follow him around.
at least, i think that's what he sings about based on beer commercials.
Maybe if everyone sang about Russia, we can repel it. Maybe we'll make it cold enough to freeze soap bubbles come January, but at least we don't have to deal with a hurricane.
Burning Question: What's your preferred way to spend a day without power?
