Bots are getting smarter. Smart enough to realize when they're accused of being bots, but not smart enough to realize you're responding to them in Croatian. And then quoting the Dragons of Babel to them.

That was a few days ago, a day where I was too busy playing Final Fantasy IX and listening to music from the Islamic world, mostly Pakistan and Indonesia, to update.

I can't believe I watched that retsupurae of the Nostalgia Critic's video of him playing Bart's Nightmare. I'm quite amazed nobody liked that video (as someone who's played that game I can tell his anger and frustration with it is not forced) and I know it's because they're all a bunch of sheep. I think they were actually trying to defend Bart's Nightmare. You can't do that. You just can't. The in-game graphics look like they were drawn by a drowning mental patient. The hub world is annoying and seems to only be there to waste time. Bart sounds weird. The game plays like you're playing Mega Man with the boot equivalent of a power glove. It gave someone on NeoGAF appendicitis.

Also, I never got the appeal of retsupurae, even before they jumped the shark by retsupuraeing HCBailly (the spell check recognizes HCBailly? How odd), since I can't hear what they're supposed to be making fun of. It's like MST3K if they were commenting to a black screen. And also they're not funny.

Apparently, you can't search for a phrase on vbulletin's search engine. Put Bart's Nightmare in quotes and you'll get posts that appear to have either word in them. Who'd have thunk it?

Semirelated: The forum I was searching for is probably going to be so desperate for members by this time next year that it will probably grant amnesty to the banned members in hopes they still care enough to post and not just poke around for posts worth saving (do they?), so I saved all the worthwhile posts I can accesss on it, in hopes that they will be preserved or at least used for burning question material. This was inspired by Kibology, of course.

The things you probably never knew about iguanas: you can tell males from females because the males have pores on their hind legs as well as a bulge (hemipenes) between them.

burning question: what would you do if you found out you were the product of someone's imagination?
