So, I was dreaming that the world was entirely covered with water, or maybe it was another planet, and all the people of it lived in floating villages with their dairy goats covered in beads and garland and helper monkeys. I wasn't one of them, I was granted the ability to transform into a fish. And I was telling the village chief that the powers that be were keeping the technology level artificially low, and I didn't agree with what they were doing.

And back in real life, I think her name was Lauren was talking about this movie called Black Sheep and other bad movies. I swear there's a Chris Farley movie with that name and Wikipedia agrees with me, so you know I'm right, but this isn't it. It's about zombie sheep that are evil and kill people.

So, yeah, Great! Cake! Adventure! I swear there was something with a similar name, but damned if I remember what it is. Don't try watching it without interspersing it with things like Death Bed or Leprechaun In Space or else you will die of glucose poisoning.
