I didn't know there were baobabs in Senegal but I knew they're in Madagascar.

I had Puerto Rican food, which was plantains and rice with seasonings and something black and green olives.

Olate Dogs were back but I think I missed them. It seemed that once again, things ran off schedule and I don't know why.
There was more interpretative dance, more belly dancing (this time, with saifs (that's an angled sword) and canes), and some Indian dancing.
Freevolt is a rock band.
The Macrotones are "Astrobeat" I'm not sure if it's what they called themselves or if the Greenfest website meant to write Afrobeat.
Malabar is reggae-soul.
There was a Chinese drumming troupe.
Tiz Kompa played today and the Native American closing ceremony disappeared instead. It's pretty cool, actually: Haitian rock. And of course my dancing is awesome: I learned my dance moves from Gene Belcher.
Eva Ricci is a guitarist. She's really young too.

Erica is amazed by my art, loves how impetuous this is, said she saw a ghost face and a penis and now I can't unsee either of them. She loves my use of color.
Here's some art by Erica.

"I thought you were taking notes about me," she said.
"I'm not sure why I'd do that," I said and then told her about the woman who writes stories about the people she sees. And if you're wondering why I was sketching her (and a few others, who nonetheless loved it) on a notepad I found lying on the ground, it's because I left my sketchbook at home. It beats using a napkin at least. I'm not sure what Bos 40 is supposed to mean. It's too bad, I wish I could have shown my collaboration with Emma to Erica. It fell apart on me, of course. I'll probably tape them to a larger paper or something so they don't get lost.

I'm not sure who the woman with poofy hair who tried to make a totem pole of masks is, alas. Erica told me to stay in touch with her so I'll have to send her that drawing Emma and I did together.
There were attenuated wooden men with tiny heads.

I feel like only C and E trains were going through Haymarket Station. I guess with Government Center closed… I'm not sure. She and I came to the same conclusion.

burning question: If she's really more spice than sugar like her shirt said, WHY AREN'T HER EYES LUMINOUS BLUE?
