Captain Planet must be before Taylor's time. Turns out Captain Planet villains are actually very realistic and aren't just cardboard cutouts.
The night heron isn't looking great, Jacob says, but he's alive and I'm impressed by that fact alone. I suspect Jack is using this as an excuse to drag his feet. Yes, I know social media is full of idiots (Taylor saw someone filming or taking photos and we were spraying the goats with the hose and Taylor said that they're going to think she's abusing the goats) who think Breit Bart is a legitimate news source.
The modo flew with vet wrap around his wing.
If an animal has too many red blood cells, it's probably dehydrated, or maybe it's a mutant of some sort. If it has too few, it's anemic. Mammals start out with nuclei in their red blood cells and then lose them so they can get oxygen through smaller capillaries.
Jack only just realized that the wipes are called Kimtech, not Chemtech, and he's wondering just who this Kim is and why she's making wipes. I suggested that maybe it's Kim Jong Un, after all, Kim Jong-Il claimed to have invented golf and then proceeded to golf a perfect game.
There's a bunny in there named Reeces and it's the perfect name for him: he's mostly white with dark brown and tan granulation.
Dragonflies make Taylor very happy. Then she found some woodlice and an earthworm. I was like "ok, so arthropods are great but if you're an annelid, fuck you, I'm feeding you to the geese."
I don't think we have a woodcock.
She thinks my photograph is a male because it's more ornate and because she couldn't see the claspers anyway.
We had some halibuts but people still used the fish bucket.
Taylor was listening to a mixture of death metal (I'm more about doom metal (Anathema), post-metal (Isis, Rosetta), avant-garde metal (Kayo Dot)) and Frank Sinatra, but not death metal covers of Frank Sinatra songs, which I don't think exist.
I guess it makes sense that Jill doesn't hate Scar Tissue, she was 3 when it was released on radio stations. I was 15. I'm sure many of us who remember 1999 wouldn't hate Scar Tissue if it wasn't played five times a day between May 25, 1999 and May 20, 2000. It doesn't help that it's the worst song on Californication, a perfectly cromulent album.
Hmm, apparently Around The World and Road Trippin were singles too.
I put on some Atlas Lab and Ride.
It's funny, with all the background noise, she couldn't tell if Emma was singing in German or English. They were cleaning all the gunk out of the turtle pond and we're sure the turtles were disoriented by the change.
Her brother or friend played in a folk-punk band and she knew a guy who had a noise-music project called Black Condom.
burning question: who wouldn't want the power of Heart? Telepathy and mind control.
