Greg and Katrina came back from the Virgin Islands with a rather skinny dog named Irma, rescued after the hurricane and therefore named after the hurricane.
Jessica got a new dog named Nova as well and she's going to be huge but right now she's just a tiny puppy who looks a bit like a puggle. She still has Luna, although Luna wasn't around. And Zack brought Ziggy with him, who has enough fur for two dogs. And obviously Daisy and Waffle were present. And someone brought her shih tzu maltese mix named Bates, not intentionally like Psycho. And someone brought her husky.
So it was like Dog Fest at the Wildlife Center. The signs said we were filled to capacity but they lie. We have a few hawks, a few waterfowl of various species, a few house sparrows, rock doves, a squirrel and a chipmunk. Anna said we didn't even get that much post-Jose. Anna leaves today and Kelsey leaves Friday. So it's definitely autumn on that front, at least.
Last week, Primrose learned that Skinky's actually from Australia, in that he was born there and not just of a species native to Australia. I also found out that Danielle has met Molly Pinto Madigan.

There's a Snake Feed Box. A cartoon frog says "no it isn't" and a cartoon snake says to him "that's right… don't worry…" even though snakes don't have ears.

Jen somehow ended up with a bear skull with a hole in one end and a big gaping hole in the other side and her cockatoo is freaked out and we don't know if he's freaking out over the bear's teeth or if he's freaking out over the fact that the bear is dead and devoid of flesh and he thinks something is horribly wrong.

I'm sure that chicken, ketchup, and couscous will taste just as good coming back up. Apparently when couscous goes bad, it has a sour milk taste to it. Then she tried to pass spoiled couscous on to Kelsey.

We finally got the freezer door open and found a fish bucket.

Michael says it's like two dueling groups of time travelers went back and messed with history until they got the results they wanted.

Virgo Loves Cancer has their own take on True Love Waits. It's a lot more upbeat than the one on A Moon Shaped Pool. I wonder if people knew it was a Radiohead song they covered. All 10 people who know who Virgo Loves Cancer are.

I'm quoting something the guy in Celer wrote.
burning question: Have you ever looked up into the sky at night, and it seemed that you could see beyond the stars? How many times have you looked up, but how few do you actually remember?
