Feed me you've pretended if I were you
Mar. 13th, 2008 08:25 pmI exposed four people to the awesomeness that is Cocteau Twins and they all loved it. I attempted to send Carolyn's Fingers to someone via last.fm, but I don't think she'll notice.

No, that's not ironic, it's coincidental. And while we're on the subject of words that don't mean what people who use them think they mean, I feel I need to bring up archaic. I'm not going to attempt to clearly define what archaic is, just what it isn't.
Works produced after July 6, 1984 are most definitely not archaic. Works produced before July 6, 1984 may or may not be archaic. I considered that anything that a native speaker of the modern form of the language would not be able to comprehend without a translator, but that means dada is archaic, and I could make some dada right now if I so pleased and 2007 comes after 1984.
I recommended that Liz get Devil Bunny Hates The Earth (see, Devil Bunny hates the Earth, and to get his revenge, he's going to manufacture an unsatisfying brand of salt-water taffy and you have to stop him by luring squirrels into the candy machines, yeah, I'm not making this up) for the Stress Free Zone.

Unless I made a typo in there, yes, that's a pink ape running for cover.
Burning Question: If you hated the Earth, would you get your revenge by manufacturing an unsatisfying brand of salt water taffy?
Lesson Learned: Dai e quita la merez most definitely is not modern Spanish.
