is that there are people in Eastern Europe with awesome taste in music because they weren't overexposed to 70s schlock rock.

I've actually been putting this off for weeks, as seen by my mentioning of the 90s show episode of the Simpsons and the Sideshow Bob's Family Style Revenge episode.

You know, any benefit to save states in real life would be negated if someone were to do something stupid before realizing his last save state was back in 1997. Or if you got yourself into a shitty situation. And time would move around horridly jerkily.

And, yes, I have one for 2009-2010, but wait until July. Also, fireshit can't do anything right.

2008-2009
Popol Vuh - Hosianna Mantra
On!Air!Library! - Faultered Ego - found in a video where someone speedruns Sandopolis Act II. No, it doesn't fit. I don't care, it's a fucking awesome song.
The Art of Noise - Le Flute de Pan
Talk Talk - Inheritance
Alphaville - Forever Young
Beautiful Lunar Landscape - Glorious Chaos
Lights Out Asia - Six Points of Fire
Miaou - Always Dreaming of Things To Come
Rosetta - Europa
Au Revoir Borealis - Monolith
Bark Psychosis - Murder City
Yume Bitsu - No. 2
Project Skyward - Blind
Vector Lovers - City Lights From A Train
Love and Rockets - Youth
Fields of the Nephilim - Blue Water
Everybody Loves Irene - Rindu
Boards of Canada - Aquarius
Mono - Ashes in the Snow
The Angelic Process - Million Year Summer - found because Dark Nation said it sounded like something I'd like (that's a bad thing according to him, mind you) and I immediately checked it out and he was right.

Team Teamwork - Jay Z - No Hook (meeting the owl) - If only they mashed something with the temple music.
Snoop's Dreamland

Kayo Dot - Wayfarer - heard about them on the ihatemusic board's topic about avant-garde post-rock
Birdsongs of the Mesozoic - Dinosaurs Theme - sadly not the theme from the TV show Dinosaurs.
Espers - Mansfield and Cyclops - someone on atease said Fiomily reminded him of them in a weird way. Espers are much more competent and have strings and stuff.

Karan Casey - The Ballad of Tim Evans - an anti-capital punishment folk song from Ireland

Sigur Ros - Saeglopur
Maps - You Don't Know Her Name
Mute Math - Typical
Silversun Pickups - Kissing Families
Autechre - Piezo

Tara Jane O'Neil - High Wire - read a topic on I Love Everything
Meanwhile, Back In Communist Russia - Morning After Pill
maudlin of the Well - Girl With A Watering Can
Revolver - Shakedown
Ride - Vapor Trail
Clear Horizon - Open Road
A Beautiful Machine - Attack Ships on Fire off the Shoulder of Iron
The Depreciation Guild - Butterfly Kisses

Burning Question: It's 90 degrees out. What's your favorite kind of sprinkler? Sadly, I can't describe them, as SNPP can't. Plus, it's been over a year since I saw that episode. But they did play Homer the Vigilante!
