yamamanamaWell, that was unexpected, even if this was Fox as a whole rather than the local Fox affiliate playing a season 4 episode and choosing Lisa's First Word instead of the obvious Krusty Gets Kancelled in tribute to Elizabeth Taylor. So unexpected that I didn't actually write anything up for Worlds Of Power: Mega Man 2. See you in a week.
I was thinking: you know, I don't know if this was uncut or not. It doesn't seem like it, because it's been so long since I've seen the episode, I can't remember half the scenes anyway. But then I checked and the only scene that was cut in syndication is the houseboat scene and one line about Carla Lewis. SNPP said Fox had to jump through a lot of hoops to do that. I thought they owned the rights to the entire thing. And they're just being dicks. But I confess that I know very little of syndication.

So, yeah. I've been having some vivid dreams lately, complete with food (I remember some blue ice cream that looked a bit like melted marble and these tough and fibrous plant stems) and trains I was on instead of missing, even if they did go through the wrong place to reach the wrong place and one of the stations was more or less unused and filled with hobos.
Pamela Geller calls for the suspension of the first amendment. Further proof that anti-Islam movement in Europe and the US is every bit as dogmatic and repressive as the fucking Taliban. Also, we appear to be under the delusion that the rioting in Afghanistan is because of a dumbass pastor burning a Koran (if you ask me, Thadominbya would know what to do with people like him) and not because of the trophy-killing, ten years of occupation, and mafiocracy.
