I didn't spend that long at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I could have sworn I took more pictures. Ok, there were two others but they looked terrible enough to claim as my own thing. "No, it's not Andy Warhol's painting of Chairman Mao, it's a blurred photograph of Andy Warhol's painting of Chairman Mao."

Suit of armor in the entrance.

Andy Warhol

Sorry about this one. It's cool, yes.

Joan Mitchell. If I couldn't search by image, I'd have no idea.

Jasper Johns

Blurry.

Jackson Pollock. Not Pollack. Note to self.

Marc Chagall

Victor Brauner, Prelude to a Civilization. All I remembered is he was Romanian and two hours after I posted this, I realized I could use Google's image search.

Joan Miro

This is Dali, not Delveaux like I thought it was. It's called the Accommodations of Desire and there are better pictures out there.

Yves Tanguy. Reminded me of Dali.

Pablo Picasso

Ellsworth Kelly, Spectrum V.

Papuan or Kiribati statue. Google Image Search can't tell me everything.

Papuan or Kiribati statue

The rooftop of a Papuan house along with some other Oceanian stuff, mostly from Papua or Kiribati.

Roman glassware.

I didn't take a picture of Christina's World, all because Christina's World is at the Museum of Modern Art and not the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I was going to take a picture of it for reasons people who have heard of Tom Reamy would understand, show it it to Christina, no matter how blurry it was, because I'm sure she'd appreciate it.

Burning question: do you ever see something you wrote and think "I am so close to understanding why I wrote that"?
