lofty swells
Jul. 22nd, 2014 10:49 pmSo wet tail is a thing involving infection, caused by stress, commonly the kind of stress that happens when a hamster is traveling in close quarters with other hamsters that are not entirely fond of each others, or being handled a lot.
I'm pointing this out now because I forgot. It's not that nothing happened today. Not as much happened as in rumors or ravished, but stuff happened. A really awesome drawing of Skyla happened. Me noticing just how old the videos are happened (the video shows a urine dip stick test and the expiration date is in 1998, so either they were using a very old bottle for demonstration or that video was made while I was still in middle school) Parasitology happened and Sterling Archer knows about hookworms (or some kind of worms will go in your feet.. actually, in truth, it's probably less of a problem now than it was 30, 40 years ago.), and I told Paige that as soon as I got home, I'd find out what episode that clip is in. It's Blood Test, by the way. Copying machines being jerks happened. Snack machines not being jerks happened. I'd ask a burning question about vending machines doing bad things, but that's happened to everyone unless you live somewhere where there aren't any vending machines, and therefore probably don't have the internet.
If I could see into the future, I'd have waited to use The Worm Shall Feed Sweetly.
Don't try to catheterize a cat, by the way, lest you want a face full of claws.
And unless you want to make Spin Art and clean up messes, keep the clay pointed out in the centrifuge. And if you want Spin Art, maybe you could build your own centrifuge for that purpose.
And balance centrifuges. You can use a water tube, the differences in density are negligible when it comes to keeping the thing stable.
Dogs will stumble around when they're wearing Elizabethan collars because they can't see their legs. I'd imagine it's funny but it's late. Go look this up on Youtube or something.
burning question: If you could catch glimpses of the future or possible futures, what would you do with that ability?
